This listing is for the Cancer Survivor Special Add-on for the Pickup Truck. (Truck  sold separately)

You will receive the following in your kit:
1 Survivor Tailgate
1 Heart/Gnome/Cancer Ribbon scene to sit in the truck bed
1 License plate with the Fight
5 adhesive hook and loop dots.

If you would like 3M adhesive applied to your set, please select Yes, this is a $5 add-on.

These wood blanks are laser cut out of 1/8" MDF wood. Layered thickness is up to 3/8" in total. Cut in my home studio.
